These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Crime Control Security website and form part of any contract for services we agree to provide. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Services
Crime Control Security and Facility Management Services provides professional security and related services as described on our website or in written proposals and contracts. This includes, where agreed, static guarding, mobile patrols, alarm response, key holding, CCTV monitoring, access control and facility management. Services are provided in Ireland unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to refuse work that is unsafe, unlawful or outside our licensing and expertise.

3. Proposals and contracts
Proposals, quotes and service schedules are based on information you provide and, where applicable, a site assessment. Unless stated as a fixed price in writing, figures are estimates and may change if the scope of services changes, site conditions differ materially from what was agreed, or additional risk or regulatory requirements apply.
4. Site access, keys and safety
You agree to provide safe access to premises, accurate site information, and any keys, codes or credentials we reasonably need to perform the services. You are responsible for informing us of hazards, restricted areas and site rules. We may suspend or withdraw services if conditions are unsafe or if required consents are not in place.
Key holding and alarm response are subject to agreed procedures. You must keep us informed of changes to alarm systems, key holders and emergency contacts.
5. Fees and payment
Fees, invoicing cycles and payment terms will be confirmed in your contract or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Late payment may incur interest and recovery costs permitted by law.
6. Cancellations and changes
If you need to cancel or change services, please give us notice as set out in your contract. We may charge for costs already incurred or for short-notice changes where fair. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (including severe weather, civil unrest, supply issues or access problems).
7. Performance and liability
We provide services with reasonable skill and care and in accordance with applicable licensing and industry standards. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.
Security services reduce risk but cannot guarantee that loss, damage or crime will not occur. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including loss of profit, data or business opportunity). Our total liability arising from any contract or series of related claims is limited to the fees paid by you for the relevant services in the twelve months before the claim, except where a higher limit applies by law.
8. Website use
Content on this website is for general information. We aim to keep it accurate but do not guarantee completeness or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. You must not misuse the site (for example hacking, scraping, or distributing malware).
9. Intellectual property
Text, graphics, logos and other materials on this site are owned by or licensed to Crime Control Security unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse them without our prior written consent.
